	Langdon has been with BL&K since 2004. Langdon practices primarily in litigation and municipal law. He regularly appears in municipal and State Supreme Courts on a variety of matters including contract and commercial disputes. In addition, Langdon works in BL&K’s municipal law section, handling a variety of zoning and planning matters for municipalities in Orange, Sullivan, and Ulster Counties. In addition to practicing at BL&K, Langdon has served since 1999 as Counsel to the New York State Senate’s Committee on Housing, Construction, and Community Development. In that capacity, he advises committee members on matters relating to real property taxation, housing finance, tax credits, bonding, construction liability, and State housing policy. He has written over 200 bills which have become law in New York State relating to a variety of subjects including housing, public authorities, bonding, education, planning, zoning, and real property taxation. Langdon was elected to two terms on the Hunter Town Board (Greene County) and served two terms as Deputy Town Supervisor of the Town of Hunter. He also was appointed by the Chairman of the Greene County Legislature to serve on the Greene County Youth Bureau’s Advisory Board, and served as Vice-Chairman and Chairman of that Board. He has also served on the United Way of Columbia and Greene Counties children’s and youth committee. Langdon resides in Campbell Hall, with his wife Allison, a teacher, and sons, Matthew and Brendan.
